UPLOADING PHOTOS/SCHEMATICS
We are looking forward to working on this project with you.
After gathering the appropriate schematics and photos for each floorplan, these instructions will guide you on how to organize all files for upload.
Within a folder that contains all photos and schematics, highlight all files pertaining to a particular floorplan then Right Click > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder
Next, rename the new ZIP file with an abbreviated version of the hotel name or MARSHA code and the floorplan name that appears on the estimate
Repeat the same steps for each floorplan
When all of the files are looking something like this, you are ready to upload! Just click "Start My Quote" below.
